It is very important to us to find the right menu for the clients, and as Cabo is a Mexican destination we try to offer in our mexican food, our beatiful traditions so in every meal we prepared are so many colors and flavors mixed that makes an exquisite experience to remember.

If coming to Cabo is a MUST to experience the next menu:


* Home made corn tortilla chips acompanied with fresh
guacamole and pico de gallo salsa.

* Raindow empanadas made of corn and stuffed with
chorizo (mexican saussage), mushrroms, and fresh local chesse.

* Petite sopes, stuffed with chicken mole and ranchero
beans, garnish fresh pico de gallo salsa.

Salad: * Fresh organic Baby Green Mix Lettuce tossed with a warm
vinaigrette made of yellow corn, sun dried tomato, sweet basil all mix
and sautted in sesame oil, a touch of white balsamic vinegar, organic
honey and dijon mustard. Garnish with artichoke hearts and cherry
tomatoes.


Soup: * Traditional Tortilla Soup; garnished with pico de gallo
salsa, fresh chesse cubes, fried
fried dried chili strips, a fan of fresh avocato,
tiny strips of corn tortilla chips and
cream.

Main entree:

* Mexican deleite combination of a Chile Relleno and Green enchilada.

Chile relleno (poblano chili stuffed with beef fajitas and chesse) topped with a miild warm tomato sauce. A green enchilada stuffed with chicken fajita strips and topped with green tomatillo sauce. Acompanied with Spanish rice, ranchero beans and seasonal buttered vegetables.


Dessert: * Banana Flambee with vanilla ice cream
